Notice is hereby given that OHIC will hold a public hearing beginning at 10:00 am on Wednesday August 29, 2007 in the Main Hearing Room of the DBR, 233 Richmond Street, Providence, RI 02903. Proposed Regulation 11 - Small Employer Health Insurance Availablility Regulation - this proposed regulation is designed to: adopt the existing Department of Business Regulation Insurance Regulation 82, the Small Employer Health Insurance Availability Regulation, with certain amendments. The amendments include regulatory updates, provisions related to the statutory HEALTHpact plan, deadlines for the development of common forms, and a requirement for an annual rate filing by small employer carriers.
