OHIC Announces BCBSRI Lifespan Contract Extension complies with OHIC Contracting Conditions

Health Insurance Commissioner Christopher F. Koller announced today that he had received confirmation from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Rhode Island that the terms of its recent contract extension with Lifespan comply with the health plan hospital contracting conditions developed by the Office of the Health Insurance Commissioner (OHIC) in July of this year.
