B.A. Ballou Former Employees:

Health insurance coverage and the federal subsidy are available

OHIC has determined that former B.A. Ballou employees are eligible for coverage under Rhode Island's "mini-cobra" law. OHIC has also recieved confirmation from the federal government that former B.A. Ballou employers covered by Rhode Island's mini-cobra law are eligible for the federal COBRA subsidy.
