2010 Bankers Life and Casualty Company Medicare Supplement Rate Filing

Bankers Life and Casualty Company ("Bankers") has requested rate increases for the following Medicare Supplement insurance plans to take effect in 2010.

• Medicare Supplement Plans GR-A020, GR-A002 and GR-75R.
• Medicare Supplement Plan C
• Medicare Supplement Plan F

The requested rate increases vary from 3% to 12% depending on the plan.

Public comment should be received by the OHIC by Monday October 26, 2009 by 4:00 pm
