2010 United Medicare Supplement Rate Filing

United HealthCare Insurance Company (United) requested rate increases for the following Medicare Supplement insurance plans available to AARP members:

• Prestandardized Medicare Supplement Plans
• Medicare Supplement Plans A-L
• Medicare Supplement Plan C Select

The average requested rate increase is 5.5%

Public comment should be received by the OHIC by Monday October 26, 2009 by 4:00 pm
