Providers Survey
In the spring of 2008, OHIC, with the assistance of the RI Medical Society and as part of its Rate Factor review process conducted a survey of providers on health plan conduct. A formal analysis is available below. As noted in the document: "Considerable caution must be taken in drawing definitive conclusions because of the low response rate to this survey" but the results were incorporated into rate factor determinations at that time.
