Regulation 2: OHIC Purposes


In creating this Office, the General Assembly provided five broad statutory purposes. As adopted November 20, 2006, Regulation 2 sets out how the OHIC will interpret and implement its statutory obligations. Regulation 2 was noticed for hearing September 15, 2006. A public hearing was held October 17, 2006. No changes were made to the proposed regulation as a result of comments received. Regulation 2 is effective December 15, 2006.
