Wellness Institute Application


OHIC conditionally approved Blue Cross’ application to form a subsidiary, The Health & Wellness Institute. OHIC’s conditions ensure that the formation of the Wellness Institute will further Blue Cross’ charitable mission, will not put Blue Cross at financial risk, and will not negatively impact subscriber premiums or confidentiality.
